Leaving a college party(walking) I was picked up by the cops for possession of alcohol, although i didnt have anything on me. I did not admit to anything and refused the breathalyzer. The officer gave me a ticket and court date. Do they have anything on me?

The only reason i refused the test was because while walking back to my place he drove up to me and said he suspected that i was at the party. And it didnt seem to me that suspicion could be enough for anything.

Suspicion is enough for the pigs to harass you. just show up to court dressed in a suit, be real respectful to the judge, and he’ll probably throw out the case.
