i have insurance and i know they won’t give me a new one since it was “abused”

i want to get a new phone (same one). probably a refurnished one, but how much would that cost?

would they be able to transfer all my numbers in the new phone even if the screen is cracked?

i drop my fone out of a car and it brook and thay gave me a new one for free yes if it has a sim card
