How to Help Meth Addict Who Won’t Go to Rehab?

my cousin is a meth addict with three kids. we’re all (my family) meeting tomorrow night to discuss possibilities. We want to convince her to go to rehab since the state will take away her kids and we want HER to be sober.

Any helpful tips? hints? I’ve had experience but still, more advice on how to present help to a group of listeners would be great. THANK YOU!
