Question by Trixie: How much time will you get in prison for burgulary, grand theft, on meth and in poss. of marijuana. 3 time.?
My nephew was picked up recently for burgulary, grand theft (money) ,under the influence of meth. and having 2oz. of marijuana with him. This is his 3rd. time offense. How much time will he get in prison. He is in California and headed to a state prison.
