How Many People Have Died From Taking/smoking Marijuana?
Question by Alec: How many people have died from taking/smoking marijuana?
I mean I’m sure the number is huge, having it so illegal and discriminated.
Also what effects does it have on the body? Cancer?

Pretty sure this is a troll topic, but there have been zero deaths due to taking marijuana, the illegality is due to it’s categorization as a “gate-way drug” meaning that if you start feeling “highs” of this sort you will be tempted to explore stronger drugs, the next one up being cocaine. Cocaine on the other hand causes heart problems etc.
I don’t really care if marijuana is legal or otherwise, I don’t find it particularly enjoyable in comparison to other things I have tried which are/were legal.
Marijuana’s negatives are not effects on mortality, they are more related to anxiety, depression, and memory-loss / premature senility. These are all in relation to LONG term use though, which is a different thing to drugs with an LD-50 which can be “overdosed” easily.
