Question by Laura **2 Babies in Heaven**: How many Ephedrine tablets should i take in a day to lose weight fast?
Im 16 Stone and have took ephedrine before and believed they really helped me, back then i was wild and was taking 10 pills a day! obviously this is worrying, i have started off with 1 pill and took 2 today but still not seeing the effects. what is a safe amount 2 take, the pills are really small? Do i have to work out with them everyday?
