Question by abolish_animal_slavery: How hard is it to get off of Subutex after being on it for years?
I have been on a very low dose of Subutex for 3 years. I don’t know anyone who has gotten off of it who was not just doing the short-term detox thing. Has anyone else gotten off of it and stayed off opiates?

It depends on how low. 1mg or more/less? I would do a very slow taper over a period of months. Slowest is the best.
