How Do You Remove the Window Crank on a 92 Lumina?

Question by Mike B: How do you remove the window crank on a 92 Lumina?
I looked to see if there was a spring clip to remove but I couldn’t feel or see any. I tried to snag the clip with a piece of cloth if there was one there. The handle appears to be pressed on but does not want to come off. Is there a clip? Does it require a special tool?
I need to get the window crank off to remove the door panel to replace the outside door handle.

On most cars, you are just supposed to pry it off with a flathead or whatever you can find.
