Question by Jeff M: how do you beat, Depression, anger, and Anxiety?
I do not want to go into full details but pretty much how do you beat it if you have social anxiety and you feel like you are abandoned by those close to you and that you end up making it worse in your head thus setting you (or I) deeper into a depression.
Ive never felt “love” like a girlfriend and the more I try to date the worse it gets. So the feeling of no love, your “brother” has moved away from you, severe social anxiety, depression, and paranoia, how do you beat it if you cant afford “professional help” heh, drink???

Answer by Vixci Dibici well, when you inflict pain on yourself you usually dont tend to see it as harm, because you know the source is you but when you get pain whose source is unknown to you both the pain and its measures seems and feels very big to you and this couses an ongoing fear towards the outer world. This is just a clue, hope it helps.
