My dad has depression…it’s been breaking apart our family for a while, and whenever I talk to him, he sounds distant, or doesn’t want to talk and walks away. He’s had depression for YEARS now, and I’m sooo worried bout him, but whenever he acts angry or distant I have no idea what to do…he’s taking medication but only sometimes, and my mom says she doesn’t want me to bug him bout it, cause whenever I do, he snaps at me…so my mom tells him to take them and he yells at her! Me and my brother-who’s 14-are desperate…..I’m only twelve…I don’t know what to do! I’m sick of him always yelling at me! Please help me?!

i would sit him down and tell him how u feel i know how it is i have family members with depression i myself have it but i have become cured from it and i feel that the best thing to do is sit down with him and tell him how you feel and if he starts yelling at you tell him your just trying to talk to him
