Question by alianna r: How can a person get over his alcohol or drug addiction?
I do know that it takes more than just shying away from the substance that the person is addicted to. I just want to know what specific steps the person will have to take in order for him to be on his way to recovery.

i used to be addicted to weed and crystal meth..its been 3 years since ive done anything..The first step is actually wanting to quit..you cant quit or help someone that dont want it. 2nd is actually finding resources to gettin away from people and resources of obtaining the drugs…if you need rehab you need to have a positive outlook on things..always have the support of famly and friends
