Question by Just Me: Have you ever said something that came out completely wrong?
Have you ever said something, and meant it one way but it came out another?

For example, about an hour ago, I went to the store to pick up some milk and a 12 pack of Coke Zero. I have a serious addiction to Coca Cola, and so I drink Coke Zero, since it doesn’t have any calories.
The cashier asked “How are these? Are they any good?”
I reply, without thinking, “Yeah, wow, they’re great. I have to have them. I have two kids and a serious coke addiction.”
The guy just gave me an odd look, and although he knew what I was talking about, the way it came out was all wrong.
I gave a laugh and motioned to the 12 pack. “This kind of coke, that is.” I said to redeem myself.

I felt like such an idiot! Have you ever had something come out the wrong way and felt like such a fool? Share your stories!

Haha all the time! And most of them are about Coke (the drink!) too…I’ll be out in public with friends or family and be like “I need some Coke now or I’m gonna go crazy..” Not realizing that there is more than one type of Coke.
