Give Me a Writing Prompt….?
Question by jessickaroze: give me a writing prompt….?
I’m in the mood to write a short story, maybe even start some kind of novel.
I want to do this creative-writing style so I’d love for someone to give me a prompt, or some options. I want to write some kind of fiction probably – it could be a vague or specific prompt.
or if you’re more familiar with creative writing I might even like to take on some sort of project or creative “assignment”
I just need something to get the creative juices flowing.
I was getting ready to choose a best answer when I noticed the rude person down at the end of my question.
I can think of my own ideas but some of the fun of being a writer are the exercises and prompts you can play with in creative writing classes. It’s great inspiration and just a fun way to get an idea. I’m not un creative in any way but in fact was looking for ways to be more creative.
It’s FUN to be given a prompt and see what you can make of it. If anything it’s more difficult to work with something someone has given you than to write one of the many ideas that pop in your head every day.
