Last Thursday night I took 2 x 200mg London Underground legal stimulant tablets. As expected from previous use of similar tablets, I was awake for 48 hours and had noticeable penis shrinkage.

Early Saturday morning I became aroused and very hard while still shrunken. This has never happened before, it usually has to wear off before I can get hard. I had sex with my gf and the orgasm was the most powerful I have ever had. Shortly afterwards I noticed a growing ache around my penis and testicles that felt like a blockage. Further sex that day intensified the pain and while it is now less painful than it was, 5 days later I still have the pain. Masturbation last night resulted in a painful orgasm and tonight the shrinkage has come back.

What damage have I likely done to my genitals and what are the chances of it being permanant? No ‘don’t do drugs’ or ‘go to your doctor’ answers please, I’m well aware how stupid I’ve been and I have a doctors appointment for Friday but I’m very worried.

I’m no doctor but I have had side effects from meds before. Discontinuation of the meds put things back to normal. I’m not sure why you are having problems so many days after but maybe it is something that stays in your system a while.

You said you have tried similar tablets. This implies what you tried was different. Clearly you should avoid this specific one. It might help if you said specifically what you took so people could share specific experiences with that drug.
