From Drugs To Mugs© – This is a preview of Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office From Drugs to Mugs© educational program. Our new drug education program, From Drugs to Mugs©, consists of a 48 minute video on DVD and a CD which contains 21 mug shots in PDF format. These mug shots represent abusers of heroin, cocaine, alcohol and methamphetamine. The CD does not include information about which mug shot represents which drug or alcohol.
