JAKARTA: The City Police's narcotics directorate revealed Thursday that four people have been arrested for allegedly attempting to distribute 351 kilograms of crystal methamphetamine and 2 kilograms of ephedrine, worth Rp 702 billion (US$ 76.5 million).
