May it be your professional life or personal life, the pressure is there everywhere eating away life energy. All of us might have experienced this pressure in our lives and we have given it a name- stress.

Stress is your body’s natural way of responding to a situation that threatens you. Whenever your body comes across a troubled situation, it gets ready to face or overcome it in a natural and a quick way in order to escape it. Nature designed the human body in such a way to protect it. There is a positive side to this stress response. It saves life, gives additional strength, makes the body ready to fight bigger challenges, and deepens concentration skills. But if your body continues to stay in that particular state for too long, then the negative side of stress pops up. It damages your total system- the body, mind and the emotion and finally destroys the joy of living.
