My 16 year old daughter has been saying (for over a year now) she has people in her head, who come out as her, and are her emotions in different people..
I found her journal. It states:
“Ana – anorexia, self-image”
“Infamie – death”
“Dakota – depression”
“Fade – anger, rage, hate”
“Lilly – innocence, childhood”

She was taken from her birth mother at age 8 because of her step dads different types of abusing (drugs, physical, mental).
Her mother wasnt fit.

This has been going on for awhile.
There are times that she has broken out as “infamie” and attempted to harm others, with obvious cases where she has left cuts, bruises, and scratches on a boyfriend once.
She will have outbreaks as “ana” and starve herself for weeks at a time.
She has been to a mental physicality last year for about 2 weeks,
then this earlier summer had attempted suicide, literally putting herself in the ICU for 3 days having seizures and hallucinating from the overdose, and then was sent to a hospital for 3 weeks with very deep monitoring.

Any views on the situation?

Your daughter definitely has something, and I would get that checked out by a physician if I was you.
