So how’s pot worse than alcohol or tobacco? What medical use do they have compared to pot (which was & is being used now)?

physical addiction is one in which you body has become accustomed to having something and when it loses it you will have withdrawels or other symptoms. Psychological, is one in which you just think you have to have it.
