Does a Better Purity of Methamphetamine Have Any Benefits?
Question by Lamborgini: Does a better purity of methamphetamine have any benefits?
I am doing research on the drug, and I couldn’t find anything on the purity.
I saw on one website that if meth is purer, it will have less disastrous side effects?
Could anyone confirm if this is true? And why? what kind of other bonuses will it have?

Purer meth being safer depends on whatever cuts/adulterants/impurities may be found in street meth. For economic reasons, most powder drugs are cut, ideally with something inert and harmless to the individual. And for legal reasons, much illicit meth is going to be inherently impure. The lab “standards” are much lower.
The latest trend in scare tactics is to show what meth does to people, with pictures. I’ve known people to use it for forty years and are just fine. The pictures are likely of ate up users relying on small-scale labs, highly impure product. You cannot inject red phosphorous, methanol, and the other solvents, as well as strong acids and bases without health issues.
Pure meth is of course much less toxic than meth that was made in a van.
Certain parts of the country have very pure meth, and people often use it as a utility drug, similar to how Adderall is abused.
