Before you bash me, hear me out. After Chris Benoit killed his family and himself, people started to think that WWE is a company that abuses wrestlers and etc. WWE needed a new good image so they started this family friendly PG Era. Who else think that might be one of main reason.

No, b/c I didnt see the product change drastically until around 2009ish w/ the guest hosts.
Also, I think Linda has a huge part in the PG.
Yes Benoit could’ve contributed to it, but thats why they adopted a wellness policy.
