Dissociative Dissorder Questions?

hello i’m almost 18 years old and i relized that something may be wrong and that i might have dissociative dissorder and i guess what im trying to find out if you have one of thoses dissorders would you have all of them like the dissociative amnisia, dissociative deoersonalization, did(dissociative indentity dissorder and ect. and if it is possible to have each one of them and if u do have one of them then is it part of dissociative indentity dissorder
i also don’t have any memorys from the age 13 anything under that age i have no memories of it feels like thats why mylife begin usally i didnt think about my past because i was always told the past is the past and thats were it should say but i’m want to move out on my own and b/c i don’t remember the past my mom is worried and i don’t think its normal forgettness and i dont even know how to talk to my parents about this expelly since i dont remember what happened how would i even bring it up that i might have a dissociative dissorder and what i readed about it i think it could be possible but im still not sure can anyone help?
