CORPUS CHRISTI- A man claiming to have once used services at a local drug abuse center is caught burglarizing the property. A Corpus Christi police officer was on the 3100 block of South Alameda when she was alerted to the break-in at the Palmer Drug Abuse Program building around 10:30PM Tuesday night.
