In some articles I saw some information about “Quantotherapy” .In this articles they believe that they can change the molecular arrangement of water by some kinds of energy even by” pray”.What do you think?Can everyone see the changes of molecular arrangements of water?

If they have such powerful microscopes…. I don’t think so though… that’s why they use smoke particles ( dust ) to look at the movement of air molecules. ‘Cause if they could, they may be able to see air molecules directly rather than relying on smoke particles to guess work the movement of air molecules…
