Anything you see feel free to critique. I really appreciate it!

Anorexia is an eating disorder where people starve themselves. They fear being fat. Anorexia usually begins in young people around the onset of puberty. Individuals suffering from anorexia have extreme weight loss. People suffering from anorexia are very skinny but are convinced that they are overweight. Weight loss is obtained by many ways. Some of the common techniques used are excessive exercise, intake of laxatives and not eating.

There are so many things that can cause anorexia. The person could be suffering from depression or alcoholism. They may have family issues where the family is obsessed with body image and beauty. They could be criticizing the child over it. Low-self esteem and poor body image can also lead to it. The people are often suffering other hardships and often they were driven to the disorder by something other than weight loss. Stress from peers, family, and society bombard women…
Then My conclusion:
The best information I can offer an anorexic is to acknowledge their disorder. They need to learn to love how they look no mater what. There are other ways to make yourself feel better other than purging: Buy yourself a flattering outfit, hang around people who love you no matter what. Don’t hurt yourself! If you feel hungry – eat! You don’t have to eat to your full, just eat small meals throughout the day. Diets high in vegetables and fruits are very beneficial and are actually great habits to learn. Most of you need to maintain your weight and slowly increase it. There are people who care about you and hate to see you suffering — so think of them when you’re recovering. If you need help, ASK! There are help groups and treatments centers totally committed to your well-being. Don’t lose hope!
