Question by Jeff: can you get an article 15 for using marijuana in the military and telling ASAP before taking a UA?
I was told that you can, until 18 days into my article 15. My command tried getting me for a positive UA but it was on the UAs during “rehab” 3 weeks later, I came up on a random UA and the regularly scheduled weekly mandatory one. My random UA read 190 nanograms p/ml and my Mandatory UA read 47 nanograms p/ml. The sample i provided, was at the same time as one another.
They originally gave me a field grade A15, then 18 days later took it back due they cant give an article 15 in a rehab state or for asap mandatory UAs. Now they are trying because i came up for a random while still on the mandatory list for ASAP
and dont be some jack ass saying oh you smoke too much… 1 i have the whole medical recommendation for (yes i know its not accepted in the ranks of the military) 2 READ THE NANO GRAMS…. my original UA from when they first tried was at 440… 3 weeks later it read 2 levels… on the same date i took 2 tests within seconds/minutes of one another… one read 190 the other read 47… lets not be retarded.
and who the hell is saying im still smoking… pot doesnt get out of your system in a day or two… its 30 to 45 days to fully get out of one’s system

Obviously you’ve been smoking a bit too much.

There is no way the Army will let you circumvent violating the UCMJ by smoking weed by simply going into rehab.
