Can You Collect a Royalty From One Party and Again From a Different Party?

Question by : Can you collect a royalty from one party and again from a different party?
If you have a royalty claim with Party A, can you have another royalty claim with Party B, C or D without there being “effects” of multiple royalties? Because you would already have a licensed agreement with Party A, thus would it be a problem in any way to have royalties with other people/companies?
what would happen if the royalty claim with Party A was made with exclusive rights and i then collected royalty from another Party as well?

Of course you can. You can license your product to as many people who are willing to pay you.
