Yeah, but it’s not a “false” positive. They are testing for any type of amphetamine and since Adderall is literally “Mixed Amphetamine Salts”, then yes, you would test positive.

However, if you are prescribed it, you tell them and you’re off the hook. That’s why they always ask you what Rx drugs you’re taking! Just like percocets would cause you to test positive for opiates… same here.
