BRC and landlord continue to battle over shelter rent
A Chelsea landlord’s efforts to evict his prospective tenant for failure to pay rent came to naught — when a temporary restraining order negated the March 15 deadline on the Notice of Default served to homeless provider Bowery Residents’ Committee (BRC) for the property at 127 West 25th Street.
