Question by YA Staff’s Favorite TC: Aspects and drug abuse: what aspects or placement indicate a propensity for long-term drug abuse?
Do long term addiction issues appear in the person’s chart? If so, where? and can a final outcome of the addiction be predicted based on aspects in the natal chart?

Libra or Pisces on the cusp of the 6th; Venus or Neptune in the 6th making hard aspects to the sun or moon. If the sun is in a cadent house, intercepted or maybe even peregrine, perhaps the person would have difficulty overcoming the addiction. If Pisces on the cusp of the 6th and ruling Neptune is in the 8th, the cause of death would be a lifetime of drug abuse or addiction, or if Pisces is on the cusp of the 8th and ruling Neptune is in the 6th, same thing – maybe.
