Due to some personal issues, I have become addicted to doing some “reckless”. Lately, I have been driving over the speed limit on highways as a way to take my mind of things. However, after getting a speeding ticket for driving 40km over the speed limit, I realize that I need to do this somewhere else.
So my question is this. Are there any facilities or places where I can legally drive over the speed limit? Let’s say a race track, some off road places, the abandoned airstrips?
