Question by .: Anyone else have this problem.. Are you so introverted that people think you have no interests or personality?
Even if you’re dedicated quietly to something very important to you, working on a project you don’t feel ready to discuss with anyone, or if you’d just rather keep to yourself in general, they act like there’s something wrong with you?
Everyone tells me I have no hobbies and interests, and that I need to do something with my life. I carry notebooks around with me everywhere and am quietly and desperately working on a novel, a book of short stories, and entries for the CBC literary competition. But I never say anything about it. I’m also attending university.
It hurts a lot when people act like I’m just.. no one. I can’t believe they can’t see me for who I am. I don’t know how to be like they want me to be and frankly I don’t see why I have to. But my mom acts like my introversion is a “symptom” that needs treatment and intervention and it’s driving me crazy. help

People say that about your because that’s how you present yourself to others. If you want to change what others think about you, then change the way you act around them. Improve your personality more.
