Kovarbasich headed to treatment center in Akron
ELYRIA — Daniel Kovarbasich, 17, of North Ridgeville, has been ordered to be released from Lorain County Jail by Thursday and taken to Terrance Mann Residential Center, a treatment facility in Akron, as terms of his probation.
