It’s your body reacting to toxins, trying to clean them out. These days, there is so much toxic stuff in ecstacy pills that it’s scary. You just never know what chemicals your putting in your body. Most of the adulterants are considered neuro-toxic, meaning “can cause brain damage” (to neurons and can effect the way your brain works, communicates and even mess up your body’s natural chemicals etc.). Everyones body reacts to and :comes down” from these chemicals differently. I don’t know your situation, but these days it is NOT safe to take these pills. Most of them don’t even contain any MDMA anymore and if they do its such a small amount you won’t feel it, just crap like meth, caffeine, ketamine, cold/allergy medicines, DXM, asprin, PCP and other pharmaceuticals, some extremely harmful and some potentially fatal in high doses or when mixed etc. People still die from popping these pills, young and older alike. Not worth it. My advice, don’t take it unless you know EXACTLY whats in it . . . just like any other medicine you’d take. BE SAFE!!!
