could it be that you have ADHD? I know people who take Fastin for short tem weight loss and they are all hyped up. If I take it, I calm down, don’t talk much and really focus on my work and get a lot done. I am afraid I might have adult ADHD. What do you think? Is the amphetamine diet pill doing what Adderall or Ritalin would do?

Yes, a stimulant in almost any form can act similarly to adderall or ritalin. However, they are not meant to be an ADHD medication, just like caffeine can help you concentrate the same way but it is not as effective as real ADHD medication. Also, this does not mean that you have ADHD because stimulants will help anyone concentrate and focus more. This is why adderall is a controlled substance, because students who do not need it will still take it for improved focus and productivity. If you suspect you have had ADHD your whole life, you should go to a therapist and get a diagnosis. Once you have your diagnosis, you can get any ADHD medication you want at the doctors office.
