Adderall During Clinic.?

Question by Laura A: Adderall during clinic.?
I want to try Adderall to help me focus and do well my first year of dental school… but at my school, clinic experience starts in the first year. Should Adderall + clinic be a problem? I want to give my patients the best care and am still unsure of the side effects.

I have been on adderall for about 3 years and i love it!. It helps me concentrate so much but it does have some side effects. Make your kind of shakey, unable to sleep at night, and not hungry at all. If you really do have ADD then it will help but if you don’t it will just make you hyper. You should give it a try, some side effects are different in different people. I don’t know how much of a dose you are going to take but my mom was unable to take it because of the shaking. I personally like it because it makes me feel like i am in control and smart. As dumb as that sounds. I am a nursing student and have to do clinicals and i have learned to live with the side effects. Just take sleeping pills everynight to sleep and it normally stays in your body for about 8 hours. After a few months if you miss taking one you will have withdrawls because your body becomes dependent on it no matter what anyone tells you. You become very dependent.

Adderall has a very smooth trasition and can easily be taken during clinic. You need only take your first dosages a few days before you begin to become comfortable with any changes you may feel. It is quite effective.
