Accused Meth Makers Claim Former Charges/Arrests Were Unfounded
âThey lied,â sums up Larry Dewayne Evansâ position about he and his wife Heather Leann Watkinsâ arrests last Tuesday on charges of manufacturing methamphetamine and child neglect. There are always two sides to every story and when Evans saw his and his wifeâs mugshots on the front page of the Herald this week, he felt compelled to tell his side.
