About Drugs? I Need to Know?

Would anyone know if or what kind of drug someone would be taking if…..pupils are enlarged…angers very easily, almost violently….legs and arms jerk while sleeping??
also acting completely opposite of their normal behavior?
Ive searched every drug abuse symptoms on the web and they do not give enough imformation…
I would never accuse someone of something I know nothing about….
But there were two other things that I noticed,,,
the person he was with each time has very blackened ugly teeth while thr rest of her appearence was was good and taken care of…
the other thing I noticed was a weird chemical smell on the person sometimes

From the pupils I would say ecstasy but the arms and leg jerking is not really a side effect of x… Maybe a combo of x and cocaine?
