whos most likely to die from the first time exstasy a person who drinks a lot of water, or a person who drinks a lot of soda?

if ur high on E shouldn’t u drink a lot to keep from overheating?

You should drink extra but there is a condition called water intoxication where the body just cannot deal with all the fluid. It makes no difference between water or soda, its all fluid.
The problem is when the body heats up too much the kidneys dont work as efficiently, so the fluid is goin in but not oming out. The best way to cool is by cool air (outside or in those booths clubs sometimes have)..;
