Drug Court a fresh start for graduates
BY CHRISTINA HABERSTROH Staff Writer Twenty participants in the Middlesex County Drug Court program were honored with a graduation ceremony recently in the Freeholder Meeting Room of the county administration building. This was the fourth graduation since the intensive probationary and drug treatment program began in September 2004 as an alternative to incarceration for drug offenders. read more
