Took a tent to Rhossili (South Wales) this weekend and until this happened I was asking myself why. Next to no sleep, freezing cold and sat on a windy beach for a good few hours can have a somewhat… negative effect on your mood.
Still, when it all leads to a sunset like this, on a beautiful part of the World it’s totally worth it.
Slightly risky for the camera this shot, using the lens hood to prop it up on the sand, I positioned it inches from where the waves came to a stop and hoped for the best. The perspective works (I think) versus the hundreds of ‘seen it before’ shots I took and as a result, is my favourite!
Sorry to those I was with for being grumpy that day, I’ve decided I don’t do cold!

On a different note, the 365 project has temporarily taken a back seat. Starting Uni in two weeks so I’ve a busy month ahead of me and don’t know if I can guarantee finding the time. Shall be up and running as soon as I can!
