right i was watching “college” that american film and so everyone was at this party and then this dude starting giving out balloons and everyone at this party was like drinking there alcohol then sucking some of this balloon in what does it do like?

besides being fun it doesn’t really do too much. unless you inhale repeatedly without getting some oxygen.
i’m not familiar with the film, but it could be possible they’re inhaling NO2.
