Update: Police identify man who died in custody
Troy police say the man who died after police put him in handcuffs was 31-year old Herbert Flowers, whose last known address was in Albany. Troy police tell us a man died in their custody today – they say it may have been a cocaine overdose.

Autopsy: Baggie, crack cocaine-like substance found in man’s stomach
ALBANY — What appeared to be crack cocaine and a baggie that it would have been packaged in have been found inside the stomach of a man who died in police custody on Saturday, according to Troy Police.
