More Midland County residents have gone to the Ten SixteenRecovery Network for help with opiate addiction than alcohol in thelast three years, leading the agency to take a new approach: An”Ask the Expert” consultation for people to drop in and ask thequestions they need answered to help themselves or their lovedones.
