Question by Not Me: Is my friend doing meth?
I heard her talking to a guy about not sleeping and she said something like this. ” It’s okay, I have icing.” What the hell is icing!? Please don’t tell me it’s methamphetamine.

Icing is definitely a slang term for meth. Make your friend an ex friend quickly unless she gets help or her problems will become your problems.
