in 5th grade we went through a d.a.r.e. program at school. we had officer bickham, whom everyone loved. i’ve got a picture of him stashed with my old school stuff somewhere. i was really close to him, the flash washing out his face, but you can still see his big goofy smile. all the girls thought he was cute.

on the back i etched my name and an assortment of stupid faces. i’ve also still got my d.a.r.e. shirt (it’s a little snugger these days) and a wall clock (in my parents’ garage).

i’m not sure why i even took a picture of my toes holding this. for some reason i’ve been a DOF whore lately. ugh, it’s 07:00 on a saturday. i’m going to bed!
