This is my 3rd day no doing heroin and I’m sick as hell, i went to the ER for my arm cramp wich i thought I was having a heartattack from. He diagnosed me for anxiety and gave me a script for xanax, I’ve taken 2 already and I just cant sleep because of the arm cramp..someone help

you need to seek professional help a friend of mine almost died from heroin withdrawl. be careful with the xanax they are addictive also. hope this helps if you need some one to talk to you get me through my profile
