Hankinson man convicted of simple assault
A Hankinson man pleaded guilty to and was convicted of simple assault Tuesday against his girlfriend. Jason Andrew Hathaway, 34, waived his right to an attorney and concurred with the factual basis. He received 65 hours community service and had four days jail credit.
