Question by Marrtha Evanns: Why wasn’t Cindy McCain arrested for illegal drug abuse and theft but other citizens are?
Also, I am wondering why she was not declared an unfit mother to her children just as Child Protective Services do to other drug abusing mothers and mothers who commit crimes such as theft.

Am am wondering what allowed the McCains to be treated as above the law.
