Question by BB: What do I tell my doctor to stop her from telling my mom about my previous cocaine use?
Im going to a doctor for the first time in a year. I am a minor, and used to use cocaine awhile ago, and will never touch the stuff again. I know that my nose is significantly scarce because of it, and this new doctor is absolutely going to notice it. I wouldn’t want my mom to know, because it would break her heart. Would my doctor legally be allowed to not tell my mother? Serious answers are appreciated.
